Flooring for Rentals

It’s well known that rental properties can have a hard life. Karndean flooring is one of the hardest wearing floorings around and will certainly give your properties a fresh look.

  • Complete stripping out of existing flooring 
  • All necessary preparation work to either timber or concrete floors prior to fitting new floor
  • Supply and lay of new floor, ranging from laminate click flooring to glue down Karndean
  • Complete removal of all rubbish

All internal joinery
