The service would also include an on-site visit to measure up as well as a full fitting service. Our service can also include complete electrical and plumbing work, and any other necessary trade required, as well as the removal of the existing kitchen and all rubbish if necessary.

As with our kitchens, we can offer a range of options you may require as a landlord when replacing a bathroom for a rental property.

Flooring for Rentals

It’s well known that rental properties can have a hard life. Karndean flooring is one of the hardest wearing floorings around and will certainly give your properties a fresh look.

Complete stripping out of existing flooring
All necessary preparation work to either timber or concrete floors prior to fitting new floor
Supply and lay of new floor, ranging from laminate click flooring to glue down Karndean
Complete removal of all rubbish

All internal joinery

Any required internal joinery work from patching skirting boards to the fitting of new internal doors.
