The problem

Our clients in Dumfries felt their kitchen was looking tired and darker than they would like. The layout still worked well, but the finishes were no longer lifting the space and the room lacked brightness and impact.

The solution

Rather than a full kitchen replacement, we focused on updating the key elements that would make the biggest difference. We installed new worktops and fresh flooring to instantly modernise the space. A new plastic ceiling was fitted to reflect more light and brighten the room overall. The final touch was the addition of a white composite sink which tied everything together beautifully.

The outcome

The kitchen now feels far brighter, cleaner and more modern without the disruption of a full refit. By carefully selecting new finishes and details, we transformed the overall look and feel of the space while keeping the project efficient and cost effective. Another great example of how thoughtful updates can deliver big results by C&C Joinery.
