Double Bathroom Renovation in Lochfoot, Dumfries (Part 1)

We recently completed a full renovation of two bathrooms in the same home in Lochfoot. The en suite had been giving our lovely clients real trouble with damp, so we stripped it right back and gave it the full works. New wall boarding, plastic flooring, a plastic ceiling, LED lighting in the niche and a sleek modern mirror.

We are absolutely delighted with how it turned out – clean, bright and built to last.

Keep an eye out for the second bathroom reveal coming soon!

The Problem
Our clients in Lochfoot came to us with a challenge. They had two bathrooms in the same home that needed a complete refresh. The en suite in particular was causing real problems. Damp had become a major issue and the room was outdated and no longer practical or enjoyable to use.

The Solution
We began with the en suite. The first step was to strip it right back so we could tackle the damp at its source. Once the room was prepped, we fitted new wall boarding, plastic ceiling panels and practical plastic flooring. These materials are ideal for keeping moisture at bay and are very easy to maintain.

To modernise the look and feel of the space, we also added LED lighting within the niche and a sleek, contemporary mirror. The overall effect is fresh, functional and built to last.

The Outcome
The en suite has been completely transformed. It now feels clean, bright and welcoming, and no longer causes our clients any worry. We are proud of how this project came together and were thrilled when our clients asked us to carry out the renovation of their second bathroom too.
