Another Bathroom done!
This lovely transformation is at a house near park farm Dumfries. The main issue with this bathroom was the dated decor and the leaking shower. Upon removal of the shower, we noticed it had been leaking for a while, so we set to work replacing flooring timbers prior to fitting our new shower tray. Once we had all the sanitaryware in we decorated the room with our stunning respotex and Locano units and twinned it with our Camaro rigid core flooring.
We’re all absolutely delighted with the result!

The main bathroom is complete, and boy does it look great!
Recently completed main bathroom in Summerpark. This one follows on from the en-suite we completed the week previously. As before, we had to alter the pipework into the concrete floor to allow us to fit the freestanding bath and wall-hung toilet features.
This, along with the wall hung sink and a statement moisture-resistant nature wall with a niche built in, really completes the look of this bathroom.

En-Suite Transformation!
Brand new en-suite recently completed at Summerpark. There was a lot of work in this one as all the previous pipework for the shower was run on the surface of the concrete floor.
We managed to get the floor cut and the pipework dropped and then set to work on putting it all back together.
Using our Fibo panelling, Camaro flooring and for the first time our moisture resistant nature wall we have managed to achieve a really modern bathroom with all the latest in black finishings.
We’re absolutely delighted with the final result.

Recently completed room layout change in Dalbeattie. The client's main aim was to get a toilet and sink upstairs with minimum upheaval. The best solution after a few discussions was to lose a little bit of the bedroom by forming a new partition and doorway.
We then used this room to run the waste for the toilet out of the house and through the granite wall, which was the hardest part of this project.
All of this was completed by using our Locano units and sanitaryware.

Lets do the kitchen at the same time!
This is from the same project as our previous post (with the pink bathroom!).
We took the same process of stripping all the walls back and getting the room to a clean shell.
From there, we were able to start building the new kitchen. The addition of spotlights throughout really has lifted this back section of the house.
The finishing touch was Karndean Knightile Gluedown flooring. We love fitting Karndean flooring!!!
We’re over the moon with the final result!

Before and after photos of a bathroom transformation we recently completed for a lovely couple in Thornhill.
As you’ll see from the photos this one has changed massively. We began by ripping all the external walls plasterboard off and re-strapping, insulating and plaster boarding them.
Once all this was back to a basic shell we set to work adding in our bathroom sanitary ware.
All the walls in this project were fitted with Fibo respotex boarding along with pvc ceilings.
We transformed the kitchen in this house as well.. keep an eye out for this post later in the week.

The main aim of this bathroom was to give easy access to the shower whilst adding in storage. We’re delighted to say we have achieved both.
Our Crown Nova J units and Camaro tile effect flooring really set this room off.
The additional use of a stunning mirror with lighting really makes this room stand out!

Dressing Room/Bathroom transformation!
This beautiful house at Shawhead has some really brilliantly sized rooms but this one in particular just wasn’t working for our clients so we set to work!
We decided a brand new separate shower room with wc and sink in our brand new Locano touch units were the solution and combined this with a lovely couple of statement tiles.
I’m sure you’ll agree from the photos that this one really has the wow factor and has made this bedroom a much more useable space. We can’t wait to see the finished decorated photos!!
